Introduction
These Terms & Conditions set out the basis of SALFS Security & Training Ltd
(“we/us”) providing training and related services. By booking with us, you agree to
these terms. If anything is unclear, please contact us for clarification.

Quotations & Contracts
● Verbal quotes are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
● Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
● Bookings are only confirmed once we receive written acceptance.
● By booking, you enter a binding contract with SALFS.
● Variations must be agreed in writing.

Payment & Cancellation
● Payment must be made in full within 14 days of invoice or before the
course starts (whichever is sooner).
● Accepted methods: BACS, cheque, PayPal, credit/debit card (5% processing
fee on card/PayPal).
● Cancellations:
o More than 21 days before course: 75% refund
o 14–21 days before course: 50% refund
o Less than 14 days: no refund
