  • Where is SALFS based and what areas do you cover?
    SALFS is based in Ipswich on the Whitehouse Industrial Estate. We cover Suffolk in terms of our services, however, people who wish to register on one of our courses, can come from anywhere in the UK.
  • Are your Door Supervisors fully trained and licenced?
    Yes - all of our Door Supervisors are fully trained and hold a valid SIA Licence, as well as an Emergency First Aid Certificate.
  • What training courses do you offer?
    Currently, we only offer SIA Accredited Door Supervision Courses and refreshers. However, in the future we plan to offer more SIA Accredited courses.
  • How long does the Door Supervisors Course take?
    The Door Supervision Course for people who do not hold a current and valid SIA licence is 6 days long. Learners are required to attend ALL 6 days to gain their qualification. The Door Supervision refresher course is 2 days long.
