We are on the look out for a new Operations Manager to assist our operations at SALFS Security Ltd.
As our business is rapidly expanding, we require an experienced Operations Manager to come on board to help run SALFS Security in Ipswich.
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of security contracts, managing teams, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll play a vital role in the growth and operational efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of security and training services across multiple sites
Manage and support site supervisors and operational staff
Ensure compliance with SIA, Health & Safety, and industry standards
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Liaise with clients to ensure service excellence and satisfaction
Support recruitment, scheduling, and resource allocation
Requirements:
Proven experience in an operations or senior management role (security industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Working knowledge of SIA regulations and security operations
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence preferred
